Ystes som Høvding Sverre Ung, men er modnet lenger. Dermed er den noe fastere og har en mer utviklet smak. Modnet 6-12 måneder. Cirka 3 kg og 25 cm i diameter.
Osten fikk sølv ved Landsutstillingen for gardsost i 2013 og bronse i 2015. Fikk spesialitetsmerket fra Matmerk i oktober 2015.

Made as Høvding Sverre Young, but has matured longer. Thus it is a little firmer and with a more developed taste. Matured 6-12 months. About 3 kg and 25 cm in diameter.
The cheese received silver at the National Exhibition for farm cheese in 2013 and bronze in 2015. Received the specialty label from Matmerk in October 2015.
